How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Stateincome Septic should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page lists the steps and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics We Accept
You can write to us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Stateincome Septic
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that is unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
First, know that providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service.
Next, if the problem involves work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Then tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Stateincome Septic cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@stateincome.property and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if known
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Send It
We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Satisfied?
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also be able to help.
